The mission of the Center for Nonprofit Law Association is to pave the way for improving the legislative framework regarding non-governmental organizations, social development, and entrepreneurship stimulation.
Organizational objectives:

- Supporting NGOs in Romania in their efforts to advocate for citizens’ interests, especially in their relationship with public authorities.
- Promoting the level of participation and public involvement of NGOs and citizens in the development and promotion of public policies.
- Promoting social inclusion and the sustainability of nonprofit activities by stimulating social entrepreneurship among non-governmental organizations and vulnerable groups.
- Encouraging civic participation and inclusion of vulnerable groups through formal and non-formal education.
The main activities of the organization include:
- Research and policy analysis: Defining and understanding issues of public interest, as well as developing policy proposals to address them.
- Advocacy and information: Promoting a better legal framework for civil society and disseminating information and legislative changes in this field, as well as conducting campaigns and initiatives to change legislation in other areas of public interest.
- Training: Actions aimed at enhancing the capacity of other NGOs and individuals to promote legislative improvements in various areas of public interest, social development, and entrepreneurship stimulation.
- Consultancy: Specialized assistance services regarding the organization and functioning of non-governmental organizations.
